Cancellation Policy

Due to the extremely high demand for services in our office we have a very strict 72 business hour cancellation policy (Saturday and Sunday do not count.)

We kindly request that you let your yes, mean yes, when you schedule and avoid booking any appointments that you do not fully intend to keep. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly violates this policy.

Failure to provide sufficient notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment will result in a fee of the full amount of the service you were scheduled for. For example, if you were scheduled for a CEDSA Screening, you will be charged $215.00.

When We Travel

Have equipment, will travel!!! It is at great expense to us when we make travel arrangements to come to you. Due to the great amount of expenses incurred for your convenience, no cancellations are allowed.
